One of the main reasons I left my last job was they loved to try and pressure me into running an extra load. Problem is, they would wait to tell me until I got back to the yard, dropped trailer, fueled, posted, etc. I basically had to pond in their head by continually refusing, but my cutoff was if I'm on my way back to the yard, I'm going home. They knew about the load all day, there is no reason for them to wait until after I call my wife with an eta to try and drop a load on me.

Exactly only one of the dispatchers do this, drives me nutz..
