I've considered the potential of a class action lawsuit. It would have the most potential if you could find proof of any of the following:

    -misdiagnosis (positive or negative)
    -monetary kickbacks
-error in treatment that resulted in an accident
-error in treatment that caused health complications
-enough complaints about either the company doing the tests, the company requesting the tests or further...

There's others, but unless you can take it to the courts with proof then you're likely to be dismissed.

Find a lawyer hungry enough, let him take it on a contingency, and let him do the investigating. When it comes to class action stuff, these guys will line up and be salivating!

Oh yeah, I know. Most lawyers are itching to do class action even if it is pro-Bono.

Class action means their hand is out there and their name is known. But against sni* I'm sure that one hungry lawyer would get buried under paperwork unless he was really good.

*If the same suit was raised against swift, Ruan and others that have similar policies then it becomes a team of lawyers. A veritable David vs Goliath. It isn't unwinnable, but it wouldn't be easy.

    Men....
There are huge firms that would take this action...for the cut which is huge! SNI knows the drill they have been in thousands of lawsuits, and they can afford to write the check. If anything its a form of class discrimination as they only test the fat boys...

DOT wants to see 4 hours a day usage. 70% of the time , I have (in the past) used it at least 4 hours , then pull it off and get some rest . I too sleep better with out it.

    Men?!?!?!

    I resemble that remark! :p

I'm a thinker. Always have been and I don't like to make a move until all my options have been explored.
