    What kind of mask do you use? I wonder if you'd be the same using the nose and mouth mask, nose mask, and nasal pillows.

    I don't know the name off the top of my head, but it isn't the pillows or the one which covers both the mouth and nose.

    Mine only covers the nose, which I'm happy with. Anything more would seriously irritate me and shoving plugs up my nose isn't a good idea to me either. Lol

    on breathing no cigarettes for 2 weeks is anazing

    I tried that one years ago. It didn't last one full night. If your mask does not have the cushion pillow on it, you really should try one. They are so much more comfortable and popular than the older style.
    But how do you choke the feather??????:biggrin_25511::biggrin_2552:
