I've been at OD 11 years and what you just described is nothing like my experience here. It's by far the most laid back easiest job I've ever had. I've been driving 27yrs and I wish I'd started here from day one.

Update: did my interview with the TM there, went good I feel, wants me to do a road test Monday with a driver trainer & if that goes good he said he’ll set me up with the background check & all that.

Did my road test for ODFL with the driver trainer, he said I did a good job just need to get better at shifting which obviously I will get better at with time, TM said he still has some more interviews to do, wondering what my chances are of being hired.
