    Mileage is only important to a point. I've seen trucks beat to #### by 100k and some that still look brand new with a few hundred thousand on them.

    Its an important part of the equation but I would not be basing my decision solely on it either.

    I thought that's what you did when at a shipper or receiver after they tell you "No bathrooms available to truckers".

    Totally irrelevant to the OP. Rates historically have been suppressed. Your statement applies to any and everyone in Trucking for the last 40 years.

    People who accept low rates are driving it down.
