Of All The Moronic Things To Do At A Truck Stop

This driver probably worked for one of those unfortunate souls who thought that they could take the Dutton ranch.

 

I rolled into a truck stop today and parked on the end of a row with no lines in the parking lot but plenty of room to go around me and was shocked(but not really) that two more trucks parked past me. Pretty sure nobody is going to be able to make it around them. I'm surprised there isn't more violence in truck stops because of this crap.

 

When they do your DOT physical, they check your vision, colors, hearing and the works. This pic suggests they should examine whether a driver can tell horizontal from vertical.

 

Difference between parallel vs perpendicular would be nice to check as well. But maybe the guy wanted to get suicide by truckers?)

 

I rank that right up there with blocking the fuel island. Yep, just fine....park at the pump, lock the door and go take a shower. Or even get fuel, leave your truck at the pump and go get your burger and fries. I have no respect at all for that behavior. NONE!

 

Report to the desk, if no avail do a trick with penny inside the glad hand for the trailer air supply, release the air from the stems on both trailer wheels, *"sub-disconnect" wires on few trailer lights as if they were out.. etc.

* - pull the plug out just as much as it is needed to not have connection, yet it is visibly "plugged".

PS: if cameras are present (fuel isle), use mask, hat, glasses and gloves.

PSS: I think I'm becoming evil from this kind of things.)

 

I’d like to see what the place looked like when he pulled in. Maybe it was crammed full of trucks and all those spots were full and that was the only place to park. Everyone left since he got there while he was sleeping. No one bothered to wake him up so maybe he can try to move to a better spot. Or maybe the truck just broke down. Without asking him we don’t know. New Society motto = guilty before proven innocent these days.

 

White's is a pretty large truckstop.
I am betting with just a little effort he could have found a spot to pull in properly. But it would have been almost in the next county.
But since he is just going to bed anyway, has no intention of using the provided bathroom facilities and will dump his human waste on the parking lot, it shouldn't matter if he parks way out.
That is the way this guy could be thinking.

That place has over 800 parking spaces now..

 

With the size of that place & parking exceeding 800 spaces, this is just an example of the lazy no good bums thst are inconsiderate that are coming into the industry now…
