That does seem the norm here.If that’s all someone wants why don’t they just look at job boards themselves they obviously can get on the internet if they’re here.With 8 years of experience and taking 3 years off someone would tell me to take a refresher course at one of the mega carriers I personally would laugh at them.As long as you have a good driving record just talk to companies in the area you live you’ll find a much better deal than with the same ol same ol mega carriers
