    The one that really annoys me when violated is use for advertising . I think Speedco teaches its franchisees to keep somebody on channel 19 constantly . Then you have truck washes , restaurants , CB shops , etc.

    Same here...Only Speedco quit broadcasting...Now it's another CB Shop/Truck wash/wheel polishing place that spends more time advertising on 19 than they could possibly ever do working...And between the times they are not advertising, there's this girl thats selling DVD's 5 for $10 on the air in the same general area, and she will also advertise for some Mexican Restaurant and Chrome Shop on the corner...
