So my company goes to Canada, but last time I tried in 2019 or 2020 to go they said don’t come back until 2030 at the border.
Is there a way to appeal this or maybe legal help I can hire to fight to get me in? Can someone point me in the right direction please?
Also since I last tried I gotten a few d.o.t violations and am wondering if they’ll hold those against me as well?
    The violations:
    1. over weight axle (2023)

    2. Parking on shoulder (on ramp) without warning devices. Say what you will I was running hard pulled off for a nap rather than drive tired and it turned into a 10 hr reset. (2023)

    3. out of service with a short list of violations on a level one. Before which I had two clean inspections level one, two and or three.

    OldeSkool and 77fib77 Thank this.

Not many will be able to help without knowing why they said not to come back till 2030

What’s on your record that they denied entry in the past?

Why not contact Canada's authorities? "Some guys in America said I could come back" isn't going to do much good since the only vote that matters is the vote by Canada.

Did you have a DUI or DWI?

If so, you need to contact Canada and go through their process.

Also the 1st time around this was the issue. Work wanted to see if I could get in and there wasn’t a clear answer from calling or even with the internet and google. So the best option was to take a trip there after delivering at which they told me and gave me documentation not to come back until 2030 and believe it or not I was actually cursed out for not knowing whether to give my passport drivers license at the gate. I guess someone was having a bad day.

Dot violations like that have zero to do with crossing the boarder.

the main criminal offenses are anything to do with dui/dwi, any violent crimes, trafficking, ect. I know with dui some people have paid a bunch of money and got a “pardon” from a Canadian judge. Other guys I work with have had zero issues as long as the dui was from 15+ years ago.
