...or it was 2 weeks ago. With the numbers of drivers that Swift has, you have a low chance of a one-time occurrance being caught in a compliance audit.
Oh what fun! Elogs

Took the class today, 7/10 of a mile, over 15 mph or in gear for more than 5 minutes will put you on the drive line. However, putting the truck in neutral (clutch out) and sitting for 5 minutes will reset the 7/10 of a mile.

We use the same QualComm software so...
If you have to move the truck around a lot after your 14 has expired, make sure you are on line 1... it gets upset if you are on line 2 (sleeper.)
If you have to get off of the drive line because your 11 or 14 is going to expire in the next minute or so... get stopped and pull the brake. Just stopping usually won't get you onto line 4 fast enough to avoid the computer thinking that your still driving.scottied67 Thanks this. -

Ok,got my new quallcomm,no elogs yet,i will wait on that. The most interesting thing is the GPS! I have never used one before and it was fascinating! Athough honestly could feel my self getting stupider the more i used it,not sure why?I just felt I wasnt using my noggin,it was like looking at the "boob"tube. But really cool to track miles to go, and see streets coming up,I think it will be most usful in the cities.I like where they mounted it(up on the dash)I kept making it recalculate the route just to fxxk with it and then laughed and laughed when it took it three times to reroute(cackaling to myself, stupid gps, lol!)Also tracks all kinds of info like time on cruise con, time in top gear, amount of accelerator used, brakes on or off,and of course all the tattle tell stuff like over rpm, overidle, coasting oog.Trippy, makes me realize what a piece of crap the old one is.

I don't want a new QC. When I am the final holdout and they finally corner me at a terminal and install the last one into my truck, I do not want it mounted to the dash. They can hang it on the side of the seat, where the old one still resides. Dash mounting hardware would be summarily removed, so they don't need to waste their time or put holes in my dash. I do not want a computer screen staring at me all the time. There is a reason I do not have a TV in here.

It's really not much of a distraction and trust me I am easily distracted. lol
