    Not as a company driver.

Besides, the office was closed 6 hours after I got there and the only number available was for an accident until Monday morning.

    To make matters worse.

It was our largest account and they recorded on the BOL, arrival time, load time and departure time.

Sorry for the delay answering, been crazy lately...

Yeah, they can see them now, but you know as well as I do that if a driver is not getting preplans they like, they will turn them down for HOS. I was mostly referring to hours available to drive on the 11. Planners can see hours out of the 70 as well, but its not right on the planning screen. Typically they dont really mess with that much, if a driver cant run a load because of the 70 hour rule, well, thats where the load decline is effective.

Currently, planners see on the planning screen how many hours a driver has available to drive, 1-11 for a solo, up to 22 for a team, obviously. Some drivers will put 11 hours available at PTA all the time, thinking that will get them a better load, or something. At least I always did. But I never had the option of turning a load down. This is going to make the forced dispatch more forced. So the driver I saw today that turned down a load to the Bronx 3 times saying HOS, but didnt have any trouble with the load to Illinois? Wont be able to do that.

Its been many years since I have done a PTI, but I probably could. However, one of our rookies, not so sure...

I'm just saying if you log it that way, some DOT may ask you to prove it. If they are trying to get you for falsifying.

I was a driver though. Nearly a million miles before I got out of the truck, so yeah, I know a little bit about the job friend.
