    Very well done, I wasn't aware of that.

    But just because one feels the school is inferior, what proof is there that it is?

    Well, you would have to look at the records of the school. The test scores would be public knowledge. If they were under the standard then you would have grounds. I'm sure there's some procedure for it though. You couldn't just pull the kids out without telling anyone.

    It's probably somewhat the same procedure if you thought the school was dangerous. I really don't know who one would talk to or what paperwork is involved.
