Well what a disappointment

 

Someone else clarify/correct me if (likely) wrong -- but part of my "read" on this above video is that the Schneider trailer that fishtails at the beginning of the video probably either has very little or no weight in it.

Subsequent rigs that pass the orange fishtailed Schneider rig maintain their control -- despite maneuvering to go around the sideways rig. But those trailers that avoid the Schneider rig appear to have some good weight on their tandems.

Nonetheless -- I would totally agree with the earlier commentary -- everyone in it appears to be going MUCH TOO FAST -- for what are obviously very poor driving conditions.

Stuff happens, man. And how you deal with that stuff says a lot about the driver.
