Unless they are really trying hide something and changed it before taking to Spedco then numbers should be solid.
But also the way they do the warranty you should be able to run it yourself and get a sample taken and address any issue under the 90-day warranty.
Arrow seems to be an up and up company. Only issue I have is the prices they charge.
