To thin of oil will trash any engine it may take a while depending on the specifics.
Think about having diesel fuel in the oil, it doesn’t take much to reduce the viscosity and then filters start to fill up with small metallic particles.God prefers Diesels Thanks this. -
Most of us are running 40w. 5w40, 15w40, it's all the same when the engine is warm.bumper Jack, Last Call, spsauerland and 2 others Thank this.

Nope, I don't cook at high temps, considering it as not healthy, mostly simmer at mid range. Grape seed oil is good for other things)God prefers Diesels Thanks this.

I had a bottle of it in my upper cabinet, made pasta and use it with some balsamic vinegar for the bread
Well. Opened the cabinet and it fell down and cracked my cooktop $300 for a new one. Already at the house
My son goes. Don’t tell any of your trucking friends that story. I’m sure your real world problems aren’t so bad in your truck compared to others
God prefers Diesels and shooter19802003 Thank this. -
