There is nothing humiliating about having to do a "couple" of pull-ups on a "300 ft long curve".
Not at all.

I went to a rigzone job fair in PA. Drove 6 1/2 hours to just be told to go online. Not knocking any job fair or organization, just thought it would be more to it...

Probably more for networking. Get to know which companies are in which patch. Still a good way to get leads to a job

I went to a Job Fair hosted by the same people at the same place last October, and I too was not overly impressed, but, I made a connection there that led to the CDL Job that I now have - as a newbie. I agree with what someone else said, it is a platform to make connections and net work. Let me add, and this is important, the company that hired me let it slip that those that attend and apply at the job fair(s) get moved to the top of the list.
Good Luck. -
Just drove into San Angelo from Houston, TX. Not much action here so I'll probably be heading up to big spring after I grab some food. Anyone that's out here already and wants to meet up or possibly help me out can PM me for my #.

Ideal for me would be an OO hauling crude.
I came in through Sonora, Ozona, Iraan. Going to Garden City, Big Spring tomorrow and hitting Big Lake on the way back to SA.
Don't now why but I haven't seen the abundance of tankers I see in South Texas. I know they are here though. -
Hey ed I cant respond to your PM because I don't have enough posts yet apparently. I'll reply as soon as I can.
