Oil filter keeps chocking

    I've heard of the ISX being bad for high soot when the EGR is failing. Dont wait get it checked, change your oil and filter, maybe Do an oil sample, from a reputable lab. Dont use the bench top services at speedco or anywhere like that.

    15,500-18,500 miles. During this time we add about 1-1.5 gallons per week because that’s how much it burns and then when it hits about that much miles we drain and add new. We run about close to 1800 miles/3000 km a week.
