    It might not be a federal law but the good ole state of CT will ticket you and put you oos for it , i know many of guys that it has happened to.

    A little leak was detected during a level 1 in Texas... the trooper wrote a warning requiring me to have the mechanic sign off on repairs and return to DPS within 15 days. He was serious about it, but he didn't mention putting me oos. It only dripped 3 or 4 times during the 20 minutes they were inspecting the truck.
