that shoud be your power steering cooler make sure you don't have maybe a loose clamp on one of these hoses check the level on power steering that's not engine oil

    .

Checked all four hoses and clamps but everything seems tight and okay . Can it be that maybe I have to change the power steering cooler ?

it's a possibility rarely have i seen them leak usually it's a hose but replace it and see when removing the hoses make sure you replace any hose that looks like it's dry or rotting away cuz it's just going to be more headaches down the line

    KB3MMX Thanks this.

I don't know what this part is.
When you change it or remove to clean and reinstall.
If you don't know how old the hoses are. I would replace them while you have the fluids emptied.
    Good luck.
