A leak anywhere in the system, but you usually get a fault code. You could pull valve cover and run it and look for excessive leakage. IVA pressure solenoid will purge 10 ten times when you fire it up, so it squirts pretty good but then shouldn't leak. All the solenoids will be exhausting oil, but it's just a steady seep more or less. Make sure no housing is leaking more than other. I have had main bearing bolts snap on C13 and cause drop in oil pressure.
