Thank you so much for your advice! But could you judge what is the really reason for the low oil pressure? I want to fix the problem totally. My truck will go from CA -AL tomorrow.

Thin oil = low pressure <---- IN MY TRUCK.
only way is to do a pressure test and trace where there's a leak in the fueling system.
Since fuel is moving from its normal environment into crankcase, conclusion is that there's a leak somewhere, before it gets into the cylinder.
A dye test and pressure test will tell you and it will involve removing the top cover.
2hr effort by a competent mechanic will answer that.Last edited: Feb 24, 2018
wallance Thanks this. -
I WORRY MY ENGINE SHUT DOWN ANYTIME. -

what color is the oil when you check with a dipstick?
are you seeing white smoke coming out of the exhaust? -
oil is the color like normal and not see the white smoke.

Should I go to dealer? They will take few days to fix it.
Please advise. -
If the oil isn't milky, you probably have fuel getting in the oil. You should take an oil sample to confirm. No point in chasing a coolant leak if its fuel dillution. You have a lot more balls than I to run a truck that long with that issue. You're playing Russian Roullette with a loaded gun with that engine. Cross your fingers you haven't wiped out the cam or crank bearings.
Broke Down 69 Thanks this.
