    My wife cooks crispy bacon so I've become to like it. We buy the uncured stuff
    One suggestion to further your fetish, use the hot fat off the bacon and fry a nice slice of bread in it. It's a British thing. If you have never tried fried bread, you are missing a nice treat. Yummy!!
