OK, its tough out here!!!!!

So I tried to get loads that would keep me moving over the holiday weekend.

What the heck was I thinking? Hauling oversized load you typically can't move on holiday weekends. I ended up an hour short on my last delivery, taking a 34 and delivering tomorrow.

Traffic traffic and more traffic. 3 yes 3 freeway closures, 2 serious accidents, hours of delays and then an mt hunt in Chicago, followed by a trailer tire blow out running 70 mph.

Taking today to refresh and regroup. What a weekend. Should have had plenty of time to get this load delivered........ On a usual weekend.

 

Holy crap, another IC driver just threw me a wave and a head nod instead of a dirty look, that's a first!!

 

So.......... This Friday will be the first truck payment for me. Somebody please tell me that they are not taking the first two weeks out also. Right now I show a pending truck payment of 2300 dollars. That would be 3 payments. Nobody ever mentioned it working like that.

Not a bad week, grossed 5300 roughly to the truck.

 

Schneider already took their cut from that. That's the trucks take. Then my payment and ins, and fuel comes out of that.

 

If you drive a white international eagle (I think) then it probably was you.

 

Well........ It's Thursday, everything is in my settlement now and not pending. Had an absolute gang buster week, but the 3 truck payments are still showing, and there are no other items showing for a credit of the 2 payments.

Everybody I have asked says it's the way they do it, and the money will be there. So when do they show it?

We will see when the money is deposited. Should have over 3k in net profit. "Getcha some of that!!!!!!" Yeeeeeeeeee haaaaaaaw
