Could also get a P.O. Box or a Mailboxes Etc. (aka the UPS Store) box.
I ran a shop like that for years and we'd often get calls from customers "what did I get?" "Okay that can wait untill I get back from my buisness trip."
BTW, We don't (ever) OPEN the mail, but we can read off the sender to the customer.
