Not exactly correct. A USIS/DAC report will list all traffic convictions for the previous 7-years, no matter what type vehicle was driven. The only way is will come back as you suggest is if the person had no convictions in the previous 7-years..

 

DAC is not just limited to OTR and I m living proof of this. I worked for a local company part time as a driver and found that after 12hr days as a plumber and the odd hrs on call it was to much so I quit after a mo and 1/2 and it was reported to dac that I had quit and needed reevaluation before rehire. I was told by DAC that any commercial driving can be reported. Just thought i d throw that out there.
