Cheesecloth can be found in the kitchen gadget section of most stores.
It has a variety of uses, in cooking....mostly to tie together a "bouquet" of herbs in sauces and soups. Gives the flavor of the herbs without having to dig them out before serving .
But an old timer once told me about this little trick for his filters....said it worked like a dream. I've been using it ever since!

When I was a kid I could always find cheesecloth in my family's cheese factory,...I guess it never dawned on me that people had to go to the store to buy it,....lmao,...
