I can't speak for Oklahoma, but west Texas is booming right now there are rigs going up all over here. Lots and lots of job opportunities from working on a rig to trucking to construction. They claim its just going to get busier in the near future.

Oklahoma is goin strong. You can look up the rig count if you google it. Baker Hughes also has an app called rigdata that shows all the rigs.

Stroud OK is a center for rigs. Muddy when it rains and we got a D6 and a JD the same size stuck onetime and went home til it dried out.

I don't have any numbers but Nabors, Key, Halliburton, Superior, Sunoco, Plains, Pumpco, Gemini, BML, Savanah, Diamond D are all companies I see out here in west Texas. Just Google them and you should find a contact number or more info. Craigslist is another good place to find oilfield jobs. Just watch out for the scammers, if you have to pay a fee to get a job....walk away. Just pick a city you want to work in and go to jobs and look under transportation or general labor and you will find plenty. Even skilled labor has listings. If you are looking at west Texas then Midland/Odessa, San Angelo, Abilene are cities to search. You can also look at housing while you are there to see what it costs and availability. Hope this helps.

Google Rigzone and it'll list a bunch of company's in the featured employer page. Or you can search jobs by location.
