Ol' MONFORT Drivers?????

Pulled swinging for Robert Heath out of lubback tx back when the ok man still dispatched and would pay a speeding ticket if it was over 100 mph. Papa rabbit gave me my shake down run to l.a. Sure was alot of fun back then.

 

Kind of amazing that this thread popped back up when it did. Just talked to one of our drivers and he spent 20 years with them. He also was talking about how they would pay tickets for their drivers back then.

I'm jackknife, and I was with Larry and Dale Stienbecker for a while. then I went to Jay lines. I was In the yard when J Tramell shot himself. A sad day. I loved living in Loveland on Lincoln ave.
