I've thrown my back out 3 times this year so I'd say I got back problems and I'm not that old compared to you. Finally broke down after this last one last week and decided to go to the chiropractor. It has made a heck of a difference so far.

I haven't had back issues yet in life in my mid 50s. 6 ft 4 in. 312 lbs. Fat only by 25 lbs. I'm a big boy. Always have been. I believe exercise is the key. And posture. Wearing the right boots or shoes also. I wrestle heavy chains and binders on a daily basis. Get out and walk around the parking lot, It will make a difference. Do sit ups before you get out of your bunk in the morning. Exercise is the key.

I don’t know how some of the knuckleheads we have can drive like that. I need to sit up straight.

Not to mention there’s also the issue of wearing holes in your cab and seat from the seat riding against the wall.

Either of you ever had a two stroke? I had a few and they aren't that bad. The 238 sucked but the 318, silver92(450 if i remember right) and then of course the 12v92. I actually really liked that 12 cylinder. Sure my n14 does better with 6 holes than it did with 12 but it's also 20+ years newer.
