I got a call Friday saying they couldn't get ahold of one of my previous employers so that is what was taking so long which I thought was odd but they said I just need to send them a w2 to show I was employed and she said once I do that she will set up a interview so hopefully that's a good sign will be faxing them the copy Monday.

When I did my road test it was with a single trailer. Took about 30 minutes. Just out on the road, down the street and around the corner and back. Not even backing anything. They just seem to want to know if you are careful and can shift efficiently. They snickered when I double clutched. Said they would teach me how to shift. :D

Easy peasy pulling doubles. Just hold her steady and take it easy through the turns. They can get squirrelly in the wind or rough roads, but nothing terrible. And a set can just about turn tight enough to kiss it's own backside, which is pretty handy.
