Old dominion freight lines

Is that plus the hourly or is there some formula where that cpm equals the hourly. I applied to Old Dominion in Orlando and I’m just trying to figure out how they figure your pay. Thanks.

 

Hourly where I'm at is $32.63. I'm linehaul so I'm rarely on the clock. You're paid drops, hooks and fueling. You're paid $3.60 to fuel and $2.10 for each touch. So for example it's 4 touches to break a set so it pays $8.40 and then 4 touches to hook a set at $8.40.

 

What is the current pay for linehaul in texas and do you work the dock or do you run wild. Also what how many hrs do p&d drivers get
