OD is in way better financial position then ABF. ABF has had its spots of trouble financially and the owner you never know might sell off. It can happen look at CWF/XPO. OD won't be selling off or downsizing anytime soon. Financially company wise OD. Plus ABF requires you to work 2 years straight without vacation to start. ABF is a solid job if it's left on the table if you can't get on with OD. ABF is still a top notch LTL job though. But if you look at company financial future it's more clear at OD to me.
