question....pulling double: most of you working for OD gets 9 accessorial pay each day? 4 accessorial pay each way and 1 for refuel. One of my trainer told me 4 from origin and 1 for destination so that would make it 5 accessorial pay(drop/hook) each way, making it 11 accessorial pay/day. Right now inputing it in as 9, wondering if anyone else doing the same way, i'll ask manager on MON.

All of this is relative to what you are doing. It's not static.

Example of a single meet & turn:
    - 4 hooks from origin if you build a set
    - 0 at the meet (always 0, no credit for meet drops / hooks ever)
    - 1 drop at destination if dropping the whole set, 4 drops if breaking the entire set and placing trailers at doors / yard slots
    - 1 for any fueling at the end of the day

So, if at a destination terminal where you drop the entire set, like at HAR, you get 1 drop. Total would be 6 drops / hooks / fuel for the day. If at a final destination where you break the set, then you get 4 drops. Total would be 9 drops / hooks / fuel for the day.

Recap: you never give yourself credit for drops / hooks at meet & turns. If you're running from terminal to terminal and aren't doing a meet with another driver, then you give yourself credit for each destination. All of this is detailed in the linehaul manual so you don't have to second guess or ask somebody that might be confused as well. ;)
