Old Dominion Pay Raise

How is it scaled up . Do you still get the annual raise along with the scale up raise.
For instance if you start at 23.45 are the scale up raises on your anniversary and then the annual raise with everyone else.

 

I have been at OD a year in Nov P&D I was hired at 23.45. I was told that it was a 1.00 raises until you hit full scale. They were supposed to be he said yearly. Now I am told I will get the .90 raise in Nov that everyone else gets in Sept. but no 1.00 raise in Nov that is next year. Even though I have been here a yr in Nov. Is that how they all do it or does this manager have it wrong.

 

I have the top insurance and it is 58.00 for myself and my wife a week

 

Yup I'm getting my 3 year top scale raise and my 90 cents only weeks apart cuz of my anniversary date

 

I think your manager has it wrong or there was some miscommincation. You get hired at what the manager believes your worth, then you get a another bump at 3 months also at tms discretion. After that you just going up the standard pay scale. 12,18,months, 24 months and then 36 months ( 3 years). That the manager has no say in

 

During your first year did you get the normally yearly raise everyone got and your step up to top scale raise?

Something not adding up, is he a new tm?

 

Not from who I talked to, they pay you your starting rate based on exp. I started at 20 because it was 50 cents more then my old job
