    It took about a few weeks when I applied to the first day on the job. It took more time for me because I had to schedule my drug test and physical around my home time because I was still OTR during the process. Also, keep in touch with the terminal manager so you can get updates on your application.

    Why would it take thousands of dollars to get a restriction removed? Did you call the local DMV? We just had two drivers come in with them. One quit, the other got his restriction removed and was going to be in a manual but they changed the truck for his run to an auto.
