Old Dominion is not union in Ohio. You may want to call the local union in Knoxville to find out if Old Dominion is union there. Old Dominion is by far the superior company to Southeastern. I am with UPS Freight and have been to the Knoxville terminal, it is very well run but they do require 18 months experience for linehaul positions.

I believe Southeastern has gotten a good bit bigger in the last 20 years. And, they are still an family-owned business I have read. And, the owner did all they could to prevent lay-offs (and did) in the last few years' slump according to an article I read.

1. Old Dominion is 100% NON UNION. I've worked there going on 6 years. Excellent company. 2. Southeastern is also a fine company. I don't know if they are union, don't think so.

White Pine is our Morristown service center MRT. Training drivers have to do 2 years on a team truck to pay for their training.
