OD is rapidly growing with measured success, and gaining ground on the other industry leaders. I’ve heard mostly good things from drivers and customers. No trucking company is perfect, but it appears that they are getting more things right with the LTL business than some of the other megas who have been doing it longer...
ayooT Thanks this. -
This. Stay cool, be on time, take your time getting to know people. It's a great company with great opportunities.
Just remember this. Your primary business is supporting yourself and your family. The freight is a tool to do that.
Other peoples' business is just that, and not applicable to what you do there.
Best of luck.
TequilaSunrise, ayooT and Chinatown Thank this. -
Definitely gave me another way of seeing things when starting out my journey.. -
Check Old Dominions site, if you haven’t there are tons of jobs it’s a drivers market, the smaller termainals you will prob be told you need more experience, but the big terminals in Dallas, Pheonix, Denver, etc, will have better results, im from NY and drive from Charlotte, NC to my company’s warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca, wash rinse repeat, this summer I will be looking for something the Texas or Pheonix area.
