I know that there are a LOT of shady ripoff companies out there, but I also know there are 2 sides to every coin. Based on the screenshot of your texts back and forth, I would be intrigued to hear Roman Brogdan Bossman's take on things.

 

What made you think about leaving your old job you work for Mr. Brogden? Was that old job that bad? My curiosity looms.......

So here is the other side of the story with so called here Walnut, first of all im Bogdan not Brogden, here is the story step by step…
About 3 weeks ago i got 2 calls from 2 persons Walnut and Rex, they where both looking for the job based on the recommendation coming from one of my other drivers wich Rex met him at Walmart parking somewhere in IL, after i talk with both of them we move ahead with the hiring process after I show them pictures with the 2025 KW T680 with about 100k miles on it, DOT ready and cleaned, once he sow the truck Walnut quit the other job right on the same day asking me to get him an airplane ticket so he can come to get the truck and later when Rex will quit his job also after a reasonable 2 weeks notice to his employer to join and run together as a team drivers, I purchased him the ticket, the hotel room and the uber from the airport, we met for orientation he got the truck and the temporary trailer wich has to switch it with the new trailer in the next week ,he agreed on everything without any questions other than if i can send him an cash advance because he is broke, a very strange moment was when I helped him to get baggage in the truck and i feel a strong weed smell coming from it but at that moment I assumed it was coming from the cannabis store wich is like 500ft from the yard and also like he mentioned he flew the day before so i move ahead also being known that just 2 days before he passed the pre employment drug test, after this we give him a load going to WA trying to get him to SD or Chicago so he can meet with Rex to run in team, after 3 days he delivered the first load wich has about 1500 miles from AZ to WA, by the time that he made it to WA the things start to not be like how he presented at the time of hiring, lack in communication, no BOL pictures and some weird routes getting to WA from AZ ending up in the NO TRUCKS road in city of Portland creating constantly delays, after delivery no POD for the next 3 days, the dispatch requested few times until I called him asking for that when at that point he started giving me a kind of attitude,like a time frame he got loaded Tuesday around noon and he dropped the load on Friday around noon again and then he got loaded same day going to TX, by the time that he made it to WA he already have couple hundred dollars in cash advance, more ahead Monday he was 100 north of Salt Lake City UT when I called him to personally request the POD for the previous load and the missed pictures with the load secured, as I mentioned before at this point he started giving me an attitude and I called Rex the other driver because he was the one who kind of brought him here until he join the company and he was unhappy also about the situation and he told me that he is going to have a conversation with him, we helped him with the route and also we are suggesting him where to fuel up based on our fuel program in order for us to get the best discount and for him the get the $50 dollars weekly bonus if he is getting the targeted fuel average price, down the road again very poor communication but talking to Rex wich was the experienced driver make me believe once they will be team things will get better , on Thursday he made it to TX with the load got it on Friday from WA, again NO POD and very poor communication and another couple hundreds in cash advance, we got him a load going to NY state passing through Wilmington IL yard so he can get Rex wich was coming from SD with his personal car after he dropped the equipment from the previous company and ready to join us, from TX to IL being known the cold weather is coming we instructed him what kind of winterizer to add into the fuel in order to not get gelled, again taking weird routes going to IL passing Mark Twain forest in MO instead to get the interstate routes also very poorly communication until Springfield IL when the truck started to have fuel problems based on not following the instructions that we gave him ending up in a derate mode at 35 mph for about we weren’t aware until he stopped an hour away from our yard in Wilmington IL where we have a shop for repairs and maintenance, he got stuck there overnight at the hotel wich was payed by the company and all the other expenses, the next day in the morning wich was Saturday jan 24 the day he started posting here I called speedco wich was like 20 miles behind him and he passed that shop going at 35 mph without making us aware the previous day, they where backed up because of the road side assistance calls so I ended up calling a mechanic from Chicago to come to replace the fuel water separator on the truck because that was the one wich created problems with the fuel admission into the system, filter replaced, truck running smoothly on the way to the yard, by this time he already met Rex the other driver and they where going together to the yard, we instructed them to drop the truck for pm service and double inspection so we can make sure everything is ok after the road trip and the incident with the gelly fuel created by him not following the instructions, and here is coming the main part of the story on my end wich he missed on his post, after the mechanics conduct the inspection they found out the reinforcement bumper on the truck broken ,tighten with a small hand strap, the passenger steer tire cutted on the side and a missing fender part on the truck, for none of those we weren’t aware at any point until the mechanic find out, at this point I called Walnut and again with an attitude he told me that he hit something on the road and he didn’t considered that i have to be aware of it, at this point at told him that i don’t want him to drive for me anymore and I asked Rex shortly if he can take him to Alabama with his personal car where Rex admitted and I requested them to get their stuff from the truck and fell free to go, at this point Walnut was paid already for the miles that he drove wich made everything in a total statement of $2,966.25 for the trips wich i mentioned above plus the expenses for everything, over the phone call and text he started yelling at me talking trash stuff and treating me with bad online reviews and more other other stuff, Rex was apologizing for his attitude and told me he didn’t see him for a while assuming everything has to do with whatever is going on on his personal life, here is the long short story with this person, i hope you guys enjoy and figure out the outcome, for everything wich i mentioned above i have proofs but this website is not allowing me to add them here because of the size but definitely my lawyer will be able to have them in court when he will present this to a judge to decide if I deserve all this online defamation plus the threatening that i got over the phone with Walnut, in the meantime in keep WATCHING the Thread reactions, also in the next period I will come with the other part of the story for so called sergent Brian for the other old story post about me. As you can see on his post he is not even aware of the locations that he was through, miss spelling my name, a bunch of misinformation and facts/lies plus that he already removed the screenshots with the private conversations between him an me realizing the legal issues try to destroy my online reputation, but that post it is saved already,just imagine how was his over the road driving skills.
