Old school driver looking for O/O

Looking for an O/O that has safe dependable equipment to drive. I'm old school, 26 years driving. I change lights check my own air, replace parts and equipment as needed. I believe preventative maintenance beats shop time. I drive slow into the fuel island. Don't throw my butts on the ground. Lift the toilet seat. Help my fellow driver if needed. Open doors for women and hold a door for a driver. I'm sure you get the drift. Dad and Mom raised me right and I live my life that way. Looking for that old school O/O that understands what I'm saying.

I'm looking for a clean safe truck that is not governed. I'll run anywhere. Already been there, ain't scared. Really prefer not to run California, but If that's where your make money, lets go.
MUST HAVES.>>> paper logs, rider, pet, direct deposit, no fingerprint loads, detention after 2 hours, layover pay if available for dispatch. No retreads! Virgin rubber. Willing to pay for all maintenance and associated fees if we split revenue. Rate Con must be verified at first to make sure your trustworthy, or just do a CPM. Percentage only if rate con is included in dispatch. If CPM google maps should be used for mileage.
