Those 2 offenses are fairly fresh (not to mention the warrant), so you will need to "correct" your failure to disclose them, as any background check is very likely to show them.
Any background check worth it's salt will also surely show the warrant.
Companies might forgive certain misdemeanors, but they are typically very unforgiving when it comes to undisclosed violations and warrants.
You have to be completely honest and up front, always.
Was the warrant for one of those two charges, or something different?

If the company that you applied with uses hirerite.com they will find things going back to the 1980s. A friend of mine had a DUI show up on hirerite that was set aside in 1987.
I talked to a driver that was hired by MCT in Sioux Falls, SD. He had to wait several years after getting a DUI in his personal vehicle. He had several years of experience but when enough years had passed they did hire him. -
