Oldest O/O still driving ?

    Clarince conners "PAP",leased to milton trans. in milton Pa.,Im pretty sure he is 85 years old and still going strong,he is the nicest guy you will ever meet,and I love hearing his old over the road stories.You will see him alot at first quality products in his international,i forget how many generations of conners are driving,they are the nicest people you wanna meet and very hard workers. :biggrin_25514:

    Our accountants brother just retired his truck last year
    He drove OO till he was 81
    Would still be in the truck, but the company he leased with closed and he couldn't find another company that would take him

    I wonder about these really old guys still driving. They could die in their sleep at a truckstop and it may be weeks before they are found. Eventually the smell would have someone wondering. But hell, how bad has a smell at a truckstop gotta be before its unusual.:biggrin_25521:
