    Finished and passed training been waiting two weeks on a truck. Should i be looking for a new job.

    That depends......im guessing you're on the van side, that's notorious for having waits on trucks. It was like that when i worked there. Flatbed almost never has a waiting list for a truck. If you're on the van side and unwilling to go flatbed, then yes you should be looking for another job.
