On Duty, Not Driving

I really wish that your attitude and the idea of officers should act, ect worked around here. I have met some of the worst officers, particulary at the scale houses.... (in, wi, ia..... mi & il seem to be very cool..) but man, it's just really bad. They have the "your wrong and i';m right attitude no matter what it may be.
