    Can you get a lil bit more in detail, when you mention buying healthy food, please tell us which food your considering to be healthy

    How about me telling you what I consider unhealthy... Processed sugar, processes flour products... Those types of things. ANY food not taken in moderation. Healthy foods for me include veggies, legumes, fruits, meats... Due to me having WLS (RNY) I have to severely limit my processed carbohydrate intake, and make the small amount of food I do eat count nutrition wise.
