    Yes, I agree, millenicom is spendy for the low average speeds. Like you said, it's due to the tower traffic most likely. I notice that when it's slow, it's usually the peak hours, like in the evening... then after most of the truckstop is in bed asleep, the speeds improve. I keep my account ($59.99 for 20 GB, grandfathered rate) because it's stable and almost never without service, even in Montana. I'd try other options, but I'm tired of spending money on "maybe this is better" and being disappointed later.
