One Eyed Pete - Monocular Vision

I had been looking for work a not too long ago. My wife talked me into investing in better equipment and streaming some expenses.

 

Progressive has no problem insuring me, so that boggles my mind. It's not as if I'm 22 and just got my license. So if that is their mindset, I don't get why companies are so short sighted, pun intended.

 

Problem is that it's right on my license. I have a limb/vision waiver endorsement letter on my Texas Class A. And I Have to provide my vision waiver along my my cdl to any employers.

Only people I've come across that are mostly one eyed, have been in the seat since the 80's or longer. Lots have changed in just the last 10 years.

 

Sad part is, I have 20/15 corrected, and 20/20 uncorrected. Just no vision out of right eye.

 

I drive better than a lot of people with 2 eyes, lol. I was getting a 1yr card at first, but now I've been getting a 2yr card for the last three. I get near perfect marks on everything in the physical aside from right eye vision.

 

Not sure what that condition is, but sounds like your ticket was having the fmcsa waiver. Did you get that before or after running with Crete?

 

I tell you what, that sure would be sweet.
