One more note of etiquette...

I've had tandem sliders that were broken.............



also had them so rusted up that they were FIXED.



I have a SERIOUS hatred for sliding tandems.

 

Oh I read it. I think it's a bit ironic after how you've lambasted others at times but that's life. And frankly, I'm not trying to be both courteous and insulting at the same time. I really think you're having a couple of incredibly bad days. I really hope you'll blow off the steam you need to and thus have a better one tomorrow. And if you can get mad enough at ME to blow it off......then that's okay because then you'll feel better.

So..........go ahead. Get mad. VENT. Obviously you need to and it's not really about tandems being pulled.

I'll tell you a good story. On my way back out of SLC with a load, i stopped at the Love's in Wamsutter, WY, x 173, and saw a company swift truck sitting on the scale. just sitting. figure he got up and went into his sleeper for something, cause he wasnt in the passenger seat. Next thing i saw....he walks out of the store with what i'm guessing was a reweigh ticket. He then proceeds to pull off the scale, make a u-turn to the right, and park smack in the middle of the parking lot. I was just barely able to think "boy i wonder if he is going to set his brakes and park there" when i heard the sound of his brakes being set. He sat there for 5-10 minutes while he looked at a map and made entries in his log book.

I went over, knocked on his door and asked if he was okay? He said he was, looked over and saw my truck, and asked "you drive for swift too huh?" I replied that i did, and that i'd appreciate it if other drivers wouldn't be so careless about the perception they give the company by parking in the middle of the parking lot while they did paperwork. He kind of gave me a weird look, because he obviously didn't get it. last thing i said to the guy was, "try not to park in the middle of the parking lot and make everyone else have to drive around you. find a parking spot, there are about 30 of them available."

 

Kdryan, I'm not a moderator here, but its time for you to take a TIME OUT. really bud, cool your jets, go take a walk, and stop immediately with the Garbage. I don't hate you or dislike you, just telling you to walk away for awhile.

Actually, I'm such a girly girl yes, I'd let you help me! I feel no shame in that at all.

When you make a thread, you don't get to choose what others say. And might I remind you that Southernpride certainly didn't act like you are when you attacked him on HIS thread for his spelling. Being a considerate human being isn't about tandems.
