One step closer!!

I don't think there is a law that states the sticker has to be "on" the truck but just have the paper work or the sticker on hand. There isn't a posted location like for IFTA or NY HUD so far as I know. Did you not have the paperwork as well or did he actually say you needed a sticker on the truck somewhere?

When I got mine I got a sticker & paper work for both my trailer & the truck.. I put the sticker on the trailer but I put the paperwork and truck sticker in my on truck logbook/truck paperwork folder so it was easy to get to. (I have a little zippered binder with all my insurance, DOT, copy of my med card, paper log books, NY permit.. ect.. pretty much anything a DOT officer would ask for is in there aside from my licence)
