I had to file a claim against some body else that was with Great West. I had to remind them that I was also a customer of great west and while I was sure they wanted a good deal for the other guy they also needed to be doing some work for me. I thought it was funny that the guy that hit me and I both called the same insurance claim hotline.

I'm satisfied with my experience with them.
