Look at the bottom of the post you want to quote, (or put "in the bubble," if you want. . .) You will see on the left, a "Thanks" button. Just click on it to thank the poster. Next to that is a triangle that you can click on if you want to rat the poster out to the staff for some reason. Then is the "Reply" button. Click on it to reply. Next to that one is "Reply With Quote." Click on that if that is what you want to do. If you want to quote mulitple posts, click on the "+" button.

Simple. Would be a good idea to check how the forum works.
